We had the absolute pleasure of working with Vicki Duran when our family first moved to Austin 3 years ago and she helped us find a rental home. We thoroughly enjoyed her professionalism and expertise and we most recently took advantage of her services to buy our first home and become homeowners in Texas!!! Her response time to our calls, text messages and emails has always been outstanding and she is very easy to work with and has a wealth of knowledge about the local area. She was very attentive to our needs and what we were looking for in a home and answered all of our questions with care and concern. We highly recommend her for all of your realtor needs.

Vicki Duran is not only a great realtor, but she is, by far, the best person I have ever worked with. She is the epitome of customer service, response, and quality of work. Our (My wife and I) situation was no easy feat, we contacted her from overseas and we only had a small window of opportunity to view places. This is our second time purchasing a home here in TX. The first time, my family went from living in a 2200′ sqft luxury condo apartment in Steiner Ranch to a five year old, huge 3400″ sqft home in the Sendero Springs/ Walsh Ranch neighborhood. Our original real estate agent was completely fantastic, she did an amazing job get us the exact location we wanted in the perfect house, despite not knowing the Round Rock area at all.
This time around we had time and a global pandemic working against us. I wanted to purchase an even newer home in a new growing suburban hot spot near Paloma Lake, just NE of 35 in Round Rock. We had a huge deadline to find a home because our property management company for our rental home requires 2 months notice to vacate. That and the fact that home hunting during a pandemic isn’t easy.
I decided to use a real estate agent that knew the Round Rock area, especially Paloma Lake sub-area. Luckily for me, I came across Bramlett Real Estate here on Yelp.
The answering service took my info on a Saturday afternoon. In less than an hour I was introduced to the most thoughtful and dedicated real estate agent I have ever met. Her name is Vicki Duran, and she did not stop working for my wife and I until our house closed two days ago.
I’m not sure how, but she somehow managed to find us a new home in under a week, recommend a great loan officer and close in less than 30 days, during one of the craziest times in Human history! And never once did we feel on our own. Vicki’s confidence, experience, compassion towards us during the whole process was invaluable.
She even helped point me towards a great home warranty company and a great interior painter. Now we can have our home exactly how we wanted without going over our budget!
I can’t say enough good things about Vicki Duran and I know my wife Gloria would agree! We both agree, Vicki was like a part of our family through this process. She always looked out for our best interests at all times and advised us of all of our possible options. She is forever welcome for holiday drinks in our new home!

Vicki Duran is great! As first time home buyers, we were looking for a realtor who could help us through the entire process patiently and comprehensively, and we are glad that Vicki contacted us in response to our request on the Bramlett Residential website.

From the start, Vicki was extremely responsive, at all times. Every text, email and call responded to within 30 minutes, if not sooner. From there: getting all the important inspections scheduled at short notice, in the short option period and then outlining the entire process towards closing, taking care of the smallest details and following up as necessary, Vicki continued to persevere and go above and beyond to ensure a successful closing. We were new to the Austin area and Googled real estate agents. We were fortunate to find Bramlett Real Estate. Eric met with us and decided to pair us up with agent Vicki Duran who lives in the Georgetown area. I respect the fact that Eric listened to us and what we were looking for and guided us to the agent that would best fit us.

We are retired but didn’t want to live in a retirement community. We gave Vicki the things we really wanted to have in a home (3 bedroom, 2 bath, ranch style, gas range, built before 1998, and a medium size yard for a couple of dogs). She listened to every detail. She called us just a few days later and said, “I think I have the perfect house for you.” We set an appointment to see it and sure enough – it was the perfect house for us!

She patiently listens to you and your requirements, understands them and act on it immediately. Very much faster in emails(i am usually good at emails, but am jealous now!), and she does all the homework for you before even you go to the site to see the home. Like, talking to the vendors, giving recommendations, meeting the builders, getting better deals and what not. She was with us from the day we looked into the houses and till today asking about the family — positive vibes, you know!

We recently purchased a home in Round Rock and Vicki Duran was our agent. We had worked with Vicki when we first moved to the area three years ago and knew that we would be calling on her services again because of the extraordinary level of service that she and the Bramlett team provided. Throughout the process it was always about us, and what we wanted and needed rather than it being about making a sale. My husband wanted to move to Austin to have more job opportunities. We lived in oregon and I had to find a realtor in the Austin area to help us. Vicki Duran was one of the best agents I have ever worked with. She spent all day with me showing me the area, stores, and I believe we looked at over 12 houses in one day. We then took my husband by the top 3 houses. It was a late night.

She helped me make an offer on a house the following day. She helped us through the walk-through for the punch list. We had to return back to Oregon to finish packing and move.

Vicki did our final walk through for us and was also available to let the pest control company in for the initial spray. She then dropped off the keys to our new home at our hotel so we would have them when we got here.

In my opinion, Vicki went above and beyond her realtor duties. I really like her and highly recommend her.

Here is our story, we were out of state home buyers and were house hunting an investment home in Austin TX. It is a very challenging task to find a good property without having any prior knowledge about the market conditions, city, neighborhoods and schools. But Vicki made it so incredibly easy for my wife and I to find a suitable property.
She is very warm, calm and patient and really listens and understands your view points and priorities. She is extremely efficient, knowledgeable about the market, and very honest with her advice. You can trust her on the feedback she gives about each property.
We shared countless emails and phone conversations prior traveling to Austin and later spend a total three full days with her, visiting 20 to 25 different properties all around Austin. She planned our schedule to visit each property, lining up a precise list of properties. She even handed us printed pics and details about each property we visited beforehand. She scouted every property and provided correct property details and information about the neighborhood, schools and surrounding areas. This helped us a lot to filter out properties, as she provided feedback on each property along with their pros n cons, taking away all our stress and making it a very easy decision for us at the end.

We were very impressed by the way she handled each appointment to all the properties on the list. She also recommended us a great lender and a terrific property manager to manage the property for us.

Since we closed the house remotely, Vicki took care of a number of significant tasks on our behalf, we would have otherwise had to fly out to Austin again to do those.
